3. Rates and Payments

Rates may vary based on vehicle type, distance, travel time, service type, waiting time, tolls, parking, additional stops, special requests, and other applicable charges.

The final price will be communicated during the booking or quotation process whenever applicable. Additional services or changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.

Customers are responsible for providing valid payment information and completing payment according to the agreed booking terms.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the designated pickup location, inability to contact the passenger, or cancellation after the applicable cancellation period may result in a cancellation or no-show charge.

5. Airport Transportation

For airport transportation, customers should provide accurate flight information whenever requested. Cherry Limo Service may monitor flight status when flight information is available.

Passengers are responsible for providing correct airline and flight details and remaining reachable by phone when necessary.

Airport pickup procedures may vary depending on airport rules, terminal restrictions, traffic conditions, and designated commercial vehicle pickup areas.

6. Pickup and Waiting Time

Passengers should be ready at the scheduled pickup location and time.

Waiting-time charges may apply when a passenger is not ready at the agreed pickup time, subject to the terms of the reservation.

Traffic, road closures, weather, construction, airport restrictions, accidents, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect pickup and arrival times.

7. Vehicle Substitution

Cherry Limo Service may provide the reserved vehicle or a comparable or upgraded vehicle when necessary due to availability, maintenance, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

Vehicle makes and models displayed on our website may be listed as examples and are not necessarily guaranteed for every reservation unless specifically confirmed.

8. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

9. Prohibited Activities

Smoking, illegal drugs, weapons, and unlawful activities are prohibited in Cherry Limo Service vehicles.

Cherry Limo Service reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund when a passenger engages in unsafe, abusive, threatening, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

10. Luggage and Personal Property

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage. Cherry Limo Service is not responsible for personal items left inside a vehicle unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Passengers should check the vehicle carefully before leaving to ensure that all personal belongings have been collected.
